This Privacy Policy explains how Earthlyman (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the mobile game Banana Bubble (the “App”). By using the App you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email, or contacts. The App may process the following limited data:

• On-device game data — your current level and settings (e.g. sound on/off, consent choice) are stored locally on your device and are not sent to us.
• Device & technical data — advertising identifier, device model, OS version, language, coarse region, and app performance/crash data may be processed by the third-party services below to run ads and diagnostics.

Advertising & analytics

To keep the App free, we may use third-party advertising and analytics providers (such as Google AdMob, Google Play Services, and Unity). These providers may collect and use device identifiers to show ads (personalized where you consented) and to measure performance. Their use of data is governed by their own policies:

On first launch we ask for your consent (GDPR) before any personalized advertising. You can choose non-personalized experience, and you can reset the advertising identifier in your device settings at any time.

Children

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your region you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, withdraw consent, or opt out of the “sale/sharing” of personal information. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw advertising consent, contact us at the address below.

Data retention

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the App’s data or uninstall it. Data processed by advertising/analytics providers is retained according to their policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective date” above.
